Miss World 2017 ManushiChillar is a sight to behold as she is not just beauty, but also brains. Added to that is her connection with her motherland, India and her hometown, Haryana. Manushi has always been proud of her nation and the state that she comes from and has never held back from showing some love for them.
The state of Haryana was founded in the year 1966 on 1stof November. The day is therefore celebrated as Haryana Day. Yesterday marked the 53rd birthday of Haryana and there was a huge celebration surrounding the fact.
Manushi, whose hometown is in Haryana, obviously did not fail to be present for her hometown on such an auspicious day. Shetook to her Instagram and posted a picture of herself on her social media with the Chief Minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar. The caption adjudged to the picture said, “Haryana has never failed to make me feel like the most loved and respected daughter. Home is where the hand is raised to bless, and voices echoed in support. Thank you for always believing in my dreams even before I had achieved them.”
Our reigning Miss World presented her humble roots and thanked her country and her state for the support and encouragement that they have provided over the years and how it has helped her grow and become such an internationally beloved and renowned entity. She looked gorgeous in the picture, in an elaborate and intricately designed saari by TarunTahiliani, with her hair pinned up in a bun. She kept her look simple, sans accessories.
Manushi has had a successful run and is going to crown the new international queen on 8th December 2018 in Sanya, China during the grand coronation of Miss World 2018. Kudos to this gorgeous Indian beauty and all the very best for her future.
