The 70th edition of Miss World pageant, i.e., Miss World 2021 is set to be hosted on 16th December 2021 at the José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where Miss World 2019 Toni-Ann Singh of Jamaica will crown her successor at the end of the event.

While stunning delegates from all over the world have started arriving in Puerto Rico for the registrations and pre-pageant events, the Miss World America organization has recently revealed Miss World America 2021 Shree Saini’s national costume for this year’s pageant.

The costume depicts the ‘uniting’ of the country as well as the values it has been built on; a culture of inclusivity and not divisiveness that defines the United States.

“With God's grace, I want to reveal my USA National Costume for Miss World. I hope my costume symbolizes America's UNITY. We are the UNITED States of America. I applaud people who work continuously on UNITING, not dividing. I applaud people who WORK on building bridges of LOVE. As Americans and as a world citizen, I hope we can continue to have sincere and loving conversations with each other. By actually listening with open hearts and have the willingness to learn,” the queen wrote under the costume reveal on her social media on 29th November 2021.

“Empathy is needed today and every day, in every conversation. Empathy is the capacity to understand someone’s pain and perspective, as meaningful as it’s your own. Empathy is opposite of judgement and biases. Empathy is the highest form of intelligence. There is nothing more powerful in this world than having an Empathic Heart,” she further added.

Shree currently holds the position of “MWA National Beauty with a Purpose Ambassador”, which she earned by working tirelessly for the less fortunate. Her work has been recognized by UNICEF, Doctors without Borders, Susan G Komen, and many others. The diva is truly a champion of hearts and has already won many with her shimmering dress and is ready to shine at the competition in her winging ensemble.
