Brinque Gibson crowned Miss World Bahamas 2018

Miss World Bahamas 2018 was a grand affair as it organized its finale on 27th May 2018 at the Imperial Ballroom, Atlantis. Ten divas competed for the national title as Brinique Gibson representing New Providence was crowned Miss World Bahamas 2018. She succeeds and was crowned by the outgoing queen Geena Thompson.

Brinique will now represent Bahamas at Miss World 2018. The 22-year-old is an entrepreneur and a model referred to as ‘Jacks of all Trade’ by her friends and family.

Just as the finale begun, Lady E gave a stunning performance along with the contestants with ‘My Islands with the Sun’. Her performance was accompanied by Julien Believe and Angelique Sabrina’s dazzling performance on ‘Jump and Wine’.

Midst of all the fun, the Top six were announced – Miss World Long Island 2018, Miss World New Providence 2018, Miss World Balmoral Island 2018, Miss World Andros 2018, Miss World Grand Bahama 2018, Miss World University of Bahamas 2018. All these beautiful ladies entered the stage in their beautiful evening gowns.

As the finale proceeded, the Top 3 were announced – Brinique Gibson Miss World New Providence 2018, Serena Green Miss World Grand Bahama 2018, Shelly Elisee Miss World University of Bahamas 2018.
