The prestigious Miss Beauty of the Netherlands had a great relationship and was partners with Miss World Netherlands. But now, the latest news of the separation of the partnership between the two is in the limelight. Miss Beauty of the Netherlands has decided to take its own path. Last year, the year was full of amazements in the Dutch beauty world and the surprise was when people found out that Miss Netherland lost its franchise for Miss World.

Then, Katia Maes became the new proprietor and had to choose in quite a short time a Miss World Netherlands 2016. She crowned the beautiful Rachelle Reijnders, who represented the Netherlands last year in Washington, USA.  In 2014, Rachelle was one of the finalists for Miss Nederland. Many of the other competitors for Miss World Netherlands 2016 came from the local and national finals of Milou. Not very eccentric, as the two were companions at that time.

This year, at the regional pageants of the Beauty of the Netherlands, various girls were crowned Miss World finals representing their respective provinces. Besides the twelve finalists, there was a casting organized in Geithoorn. In the evening of the day, there was also a provincial pageant in Flevoland, but no Miss World Flevoland 2017 was crowned.

The reason was unidentified of the ending of the partnership. There was no end to the drama there, at the last regional finals of Miss Beauty of the Netherlands on June 8th, the one in Groningen; a new provincial queen was crowned. The charming Christina Lazaros was crowned Miss Intercontinental Groningen. At the finals of Miss Beauty of the Netherlands in October, there will also be the crowning of Miss Intercontinental Netherlands. There is still no surety for what year that will be.

Several provincial crowned Miss World Netherlands qualifiers have decided to give away their title as a Miss World Netherlands 2017 finalist, to represent their province at the Miss Intercontinental Netherlands at the Miss Beauty of the Netherlands finals in October.

The Miss Beauty of the Netherlands will choose the Dutch representatives for Miss Intercontinental and also the prestigious Miss Earth pageant. Milou got the license for this pageant previously this year when she did not longer want to send a girl to this pageant.

And this clearly comes to the end of the partnership for sure.
