Miss South Africa organization revealed the respective titles for the Top 3 of Miss South Africa 2020 who will represent the country at international stage and Miss South Africa 2020 Shudufhadzo Musida has been appointed to represent South Africa at Miss World 2020 stage which is scheduled to take place next year due to the pandemic outbreak. 

Hailing from the city of Ha-Masia in Limpopo, Musida is 23-years-old and has a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Pretoria. She is currently doing a post-graduation Honours in International Relations at the University of Witwatersrand.

Musida is very ambitious and passionate about representing South Africa at international level along with being passionate about economic education and empowerment of women and children in the society and would love to use the platform to advocate about the same. She feels that the platform is huge and there are so many beautiful and intelligent divas out there who are competing for the title but this has not shaken or distracted her from her focus which is to perform her best at the competition and embrace her journey no matter what the result is. She had mentioned, “there is a purpose that is bigger than me, a platform that could not only change my life, but also fulfil the interest to serve others with my life.”

After being appointed as Miss World South Africa 2020, Shudufhadzo mentioned that it’s an honor for her to represent the country at international stage. She has used her voice and platform to advocate about self-love and wants to include a huge number of people in her journey too. Musida just like Zozibini embraces her culture, and traditional values to the fullest and hopes to showcase them exactly.

Diva’s role models include Michelle Obama, Beyonce´, Toni Morrison, Dr. Phumzile Mlambo-Gcuka and Amina J. Mohammed. Musida is beautiful, confident, and focused towards her goals and dreams and is very proud of her culture and traditions. She would be a strong candidate at the Miss World 2020 stage with her strong opinionated personality, and determination to win the title and especially bring in the change in the society.
