Myriam Diarra of Mauritanie Crowned Miss West Africa France 2016

Myriam Diarra, the representative of Mauritanie, has been crowned Miss Afrique de l’Ouest 2016 which is also known as Miss West Africa - France 2016 at the conclusion of the pageant, held on 20 February 2016 at the Florida Palace in Marseille, France.

She will now represent France at the 2016 Miss West Africa International pageant to be held in March 2016 in Bamako.

At the same event, Aida Sene of Cape Verde was adjudged first runner-up, Hadiza Djibadje of Niger was titled as second runner-up while, Naisa Vaz of Guinea Bissau finished as third runner-up.

The battle for the Miss West Africa France 2016 crown has been amazing, and girls fiercely participated to clinch the crown. Coming from different parts of West Africa, the beautiful girls went through various grooming exercises to prepare themselves for the finale which culminated with the bang.
