The final round of Miss World Vietnamese Businesswoman pageant took place at M3 Live Anaheim Art Theatre in the United States. Miss Nguyen Lam Cuc, who is the General Director of Adora Clinic & Luxury Spa, was crowned Miss World Vietnamese Businesswoman.

The first runner up title went to Phuong Le, who is an investor of Anatara Hotel & Resort, Pham Thi Thu An was adjudged as the second runner-up, while Mai Quynh titled third runner-up and Mandy My Dung remained fourth runner up.

Phuong Le also received the award for the best answer in Miss World Vietnamese Businesswoman.

This was the first time the beauty contest was organized in the United States. The jury board included Miss Ao Dai (Vietnamese traditional dress) Kieu Khanh, 3F Brand Name Fashion Director of 3F Ms. Vu Thuy Nga, Designer Thieu Vy, Miss Southeast Asia Dieu Han, singer Thanh Lan, former Miss Vietnam Ha Kieu Anh.
