At the grand coronation of Nuestra Belleza Puerto Rico 2019 held hours ago at Tapia Theatre of Old San Juan, Ivana Carolina was crowned Miss International Puerto Rico 2019 at the conclusion. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss International Puerto Rico 2018 Yarelis Salgado. After being crowned the beauty has earned the right to represent Puerto Rico at Miss International 2019 pageant.

A proud 26-year-old Puerto Rican beauty impressed everyone with her outstanding performance and thus concluded as one of the winners. She is a sporty girl from Puerto Rico who sometimes likes to play dress up. Being passionate about the gym, she is surely a fitness freak and proves it right with her fit and tall hourglass figure. The beauty proved her worth right with her excellent performance as she was crowd’s favourite since the beginning of the pageant and was also a part of our favourites list for the pageant.
