Bintan, an Indonesian Island, got lucky with the ladies when the finalists of the Miss Universe Singapore 2016 whisked away to the Bintan Lagoon Resort for a bikini photo shoot. It was the first time that some of the finalists were taken to an overseas island for a memorable photo shoot.

One of the contestants, Sonya Branson was excited to get an incredible bikini shoot, for which she had to climb the rocks by the beach in Bintan Island. She appreciated the hair and make-up team who rushed to her every time she quivered and struggled to maintain her balance.

After the shoot, she was seen romping with finalists Nutan Rai and Shanice Hedger at the beach. The 25 year old model, Sonya, explains their motive to do a behind-the-scenes footage. The trio headed to the sea after a great shoot on the hot day, and found relief in the laps of waves.

Another finalist, Cheryl Chou had an unforgettable as well as a very exciting experience as she allowed herself to be shot on a jet ski. Though she was not scared of being on a jet ski, the 20 year old student was afraid of ruining her make-up if she falls into the sea.

The MUS 2016 finalist Hazel Tay stayed overnight at the official resort partner of MUS 2016, Bintan Lagoon Resort, where they enjoyed an excellent Barbeque buffet at a private dinner as well as remarkable service in the villa. The 25 year old data analyst was happy to be treated in a special way.

All the finalists love the out of the ordinary treatments they are receiving from MUS 2016 partners till the most-awaited grand finale on October 16, 2016.
