On 29th July 2017, the fate of one of the finalists of Miss Teen USA 2017 will be sealed, as one of them will be crowned as the winner. Miss Teen USA 2016 Karlie Hay will pass on her crown to her successor. The finale will be held at Symphony Hall in Phoenix. All the gorgeous teen divas are well groomed, prepared, and all set to take on the finals stage.

One of the most important competitions of the Miss Teen USA pageant is the Preliminary Competition, based on the which the finalists are announced during the finale night. The Preliminary Competition of Miss Teen USA 2017 was held on 28th July 2017 at Symphony Hall in Phoenix, Arizona. All 51 contestants competed in athletic wear and evening gown in front of a panel of preliminary judges. The scores from the night’s event along with an interview portion will help determine the semifinalists during the Miss Teen USA Finals. The Preliminary was hosted by Miss Teen USA 2016 Karlie Hay and Miss USA 2017 Kára McCullough.

E! Entertainment Correspondent and TV host, Erin Lim will be the co-host of 2017. She is the current face of the brand new Snap chat series called “THE RUNDOWN” for E! She will be joined by Celebrity Trainer and co-host of ABC’s hit show- Extreme Weight Loss, Heidi Powell. Both of them have an experience in hosting so this duo will indeed entertain the audience.

Miss Teen USA is a beauty pageant run by the Miss Universe Organization for girls aged 14–19. Unlike its sister pageants Miss Universe and Miss USA, which are broadcast on Fox, this pageant is webcast on the Miss Teen USA website and simulcast on Microsoft's Xbox Live service.
