33 finalists are vying for the Miss Tourism Philippines 2017 title, and in just 10 days the winner will be crowned. The winner of Miss Tourism Philippines 2017 will represent the Philippines at Miss Tourism World 2017 pageant. Competing through different segments of Preliminary Activities, the girls are making their way to the finale.
Recently, the Miss Tourism Philippines 2017 Organisation held the Press Presentation for the contestants, who took the stage in swimsuit and flaunted their toned body in front of a panel of judges and media. The event was held at the Astoria Plaza Hotel in Pasig City on July 19’ 2017. Based on their performance, Ms. Palawan Sharla Santillan was awarded the Darling of Press, Ms. Umingan, Pangasinan Sofia Grace Galve was awarded Miss Congeniality.
The official screening for Miss Tourism Philippines 2017 was conducted at the Networld Hotel Spa and Casino in Pasay City. This year’s edition promises to be bigger than the last with MBC (Manila Broadcasting Co.) taking the lead in organizing the entire competition which will have its finals night on July 30 at the Aliw Theatre.
Last year, Pangasinan Sharyl Diana Catchillar was crowned as Miss Tourism Philippines and represented Philippines at the Miss Tourism World 2016 pageant. The 2016 queens of Miss Tourism Philippines are –
