On Sepember 11’ 2015, at the finals of Miss World Portugal 2015, Rafaela Pardete was crowned as Miss República Portuguesa 2015. Rafaela will now represent Portugal at the Miss World 2015 pageant.
25 years old Rafaela halis from Setbul and has previously competed in Miss Universe Portugal 2014 pageant, where she was titled as the second runner-up. Later she went on to represent Portugal at Miss International 2014 where she failed to place.
At the same event, Inês Brusselmans was adjudged as first runner-up and Inês Gigante was adjudged as second runner-up. Portugal has never won a title at Miss World, not even a placement. Given the experience of Rafaela Pardete, she might end up as one of the favourites for the title.
