Maricielo Gamarra of Peru crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2023/24

Maricielo Gamarra created history at the finale of Reina Hispanoamericana 2023 held on 28th January 2024 in Santa Cruz, Bolivia as she won the international crown at the end of the event finale. Gamarra succeeded Reina Hispanoamericana 2022 Arlette Rujel, who is also from Peru creating a back-to-back win for the country at Reina Hispanoamericana.

A television presenter by profession, Maricielo Gamarra hails from San Marin, Peru. Not new to the pageant world, Gamarra was appointed Miss Grand Peru 2020 as she replaced Samantha Batallanos. She represented her country at Miss Grand International and finished in the Top 20 before her historic win at Reina Hispanoamericana this year.

 

 

The newly crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2023 Maricielo Gamarra’s court included –

Virreina Hispanoamericana 2023 – Fernanda Rojas from Venezuela

1st Runner-Up – Cinthya Moura from Brazil

2nd Runner-Up – Michelle Arceo from Philippines

3rd Runner-Up – Bianty Gomperts from Curacao

4th Runner-Up – Paula Alarcón from Colombia

 

 

Top 13 also included Darla Reyes (Bolivia), Melissa Domínguez (Dominican Republic), Juliana Robles (Ecuador), Chesy Anribka Mose (Indonesia), Vanessa Ortiz (Italy), Carolina Pérez (Mexico), Sarahí Figueroa (Puerto Rico).

Top 27 also included Arshdeep Thind (Canada), Amaya Butrón (Chile), Katherine Espinoza (Costa Rica), Yisel Yero (Cuba), Daniela Guevara (El Salvador), Taria Burga (Europe), Brianna Herrarte (Guatemala), Gabriela Rodríguez (Nicaragua), Lorena Román (Paraguay), Yeniffer Campos (Portugal), Sara Lahidalga (Spain), Andrea Montenegro (Trinidad and Tobago), Estephania Cruz (United States), Lucia Piñeyro (Uruguay).

 

 

Also present at the finale was Miss Grand International 2023 Luciana Fuster from Peru who was a part of the panel of jury responsible for crowning the new winner. Also present amongst the jury were Jose Maria Reyes, Paola Coimbra, Ramiro Serrano, Stephany Sanchez, Stephen Diaz. Lenka Nemer and Héctor Uriarte were the hosts for the evening.
