For the preliminary competitions leading to the finale of Miss Earth 2017 - talent, swimsuit, long gown and resort wear - the candidates have been divided into three groups and will compete in their respective groups and Top 3 winners from each group for each contest will be declared, and the results of these contests do count in the final judgment.
On 13th October 2017, the resort wears competition for group 3 delegates was held in Tarlac, City in Central Luzon, Philippines. All the contestants were dolled up in their printed colourful outfits and graced the stage with their walk and glamorous costumes. The queens turned lots of heads with their walking style.
