Meet the Festival Queens of Reyna Ng Aliwan 2019

The most anticipated festival of the Philippines, Reyna Ng Aliwan 2019 is all set to take place in the beautiful city of Pasay. Manila Broadcasting Company, Star City and the Cultural Centre of the Philippines in cooperation with the cities of Manila and Pasay once again are going to celebrate this biggest and most famous festival this year. The festival is scheduled to commence on 25th April and end on 27th April 2019.

Aliwan Fiesta is the most popular cultural extravagance of the Philippines which is celebrated every year. The event will highlight the Float Parades, Reyna ng Aliwan and Street Dance Competition. Part of the festivities is the search for this year’s Festival Queen who will be hand-picked on the coronation night of the pageant this coming Friday, 26th April 2019, with her coronation scheduled after the Grand Parade and Street Showdown on Saturday, April 27 during the Awarding Ceremonies at 9 pm.

Last year’s edition was a huge success bash as the champions were Kasadyaan Festival Tribu Buraburon of Burauen, Leyte who also bagged the Best in Music. Manggahan Festival who also the Best in Costume was adjudged the second runner-up and the Tribu Panayanon of Iloilo Dinagyang was placed the third runner-up. Besides this, Meguyaya Festival was placed the fourth runner-up and Binirayan Festival the fifth runner-up. Just like the previous year, this year’s edition is going to bring a lot of energy and enthusiasm in people!
