'I'd be surprised if he became president' - says former Miss Ireland Roz Purcell

Donald Trump, the man behind all the controversies if we may add is yet again in news. The recent controversy to headstart in his trumphood is by the former Miss Ireland and Miss Universe top 10 semi-finalist in 2010 Rozanna Purcell.  Rozanna recently while commenting on Donald Trump’s presidential election said that she hopes that Trump doesn’t win and become President.

She said in an radio interview, RTE 2FM:

“I would be very surprised if he became president of America…I think that a lot of the things he’s running his election on, I’d be really against so I hope he won’t.”

The former beauty queen was signed as a model with the the Donald Trump’s modeling agency. Roz finally broke her silence on the controversial candidate for the first time and slammed his bid for US presidency. The beauty queen first met Trump when she was representing Ireland in the Miss Universe competition in 2010.

The outrage was most probably due to the ccontroversial comments on immigrants made by Donald. Speaking out on Trump's controversial comments on immigration in the US, Roz added that she hopes the former Apprentice star won't win. The catwalk queen said: "Obviously, when I met him during Miss Universe, he was always very nice to me.

"I was from Ireland, I wasn't trying to sneak across the border or anything like that. I think that a lot of the things he's running his election on, I'd be really against so I hope he won't [win]."
