01 Mar 2021 | Priya Bhardwaj

With her million dollar smile, Samantha Alexandra Panlilio is debuting at Binibining Pilipinas 2020 and it seems like no one can deny her presence in the competition. Even with being a debutant, Samantha has made her place in the pageant with her remarkable aura.

For those who dont know, Samantha is the grand-niece of the first ever Bb. Pilipinas Universe winner (1964) Myrna Panlilio which makes her all the more responsible to handle this opportunity with dignity and grace and to carry on her predecessor’s legacy.

With the press week going on for Binibining Pilipinas 2020 candidates, Samantha has brought in her A game as she is representing the province of Cavite at the competition.

The 25-year old entrepreneur was initially over-looked by fans and the pageant media being a newcomer but as the finale time nears, this stunning filipina has proven herself to be a worthy and deserving frontrunner for one of the crowns at stake this year.

Samatha is a graduate from the University of California Irvine which she completed in2017. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Computer Science which fits very well in her family's business ecosystem, related to real estate.

Samantha’s advocacy has also left people intrigued as she wishes to advocate building sustainable community in rural areas. Samantha recently participated in her hometown charity project ‘Tiga Cavite Ako, Eto Ang Ambag Ko’ wherein she donated foods to the frontliners and those stricken hard by the pandemic.

With her participation in Binibining Pilipinas 2020, the project has now become her passion  which she will continue whether or not she be crowned as a Binibini Queen. With the pandemic striking hard in every country, Samantha wants to reach more rural parts in the country. If she continues to do well, there are high chances that she could win one of the major titles at Binibining Pilipinas 2020 this year.
