Señorita Panama 2018 held its grand finale on 7th June 2018 at the Roberto Duran Arena where twenty divas competed for the national title. Shirel Ortiz was crowned Señorita Panama Internacional 2018 aka Miss International Panama 2018 by her predecessor Darelys Santos.

Shirel Ortiz who represented Panama Center at the national pageant is an International Commerce and Logistics student. The 22-year-old beauty queen believes in the virtue of simplicity and its representation in beauty to project one’s true self. Her performance at the pageant has been nothing short of spectacular.

The first ten semifinalists were: Shirel Ortiz - Panama Center, Zunilda Del Valle - Taboga, Rosa Montezuma - Comarcas, Andrea Batista - Los Santos, Nohelys González - East Panama, Selena Gómez - Veraguas, Karla Rivas - West Panama, Kiara Sang- Chiriquí , Diana Lemos- San José Island and Solaris Barba - Herrera.

After the round of questions the group was reduced to six by ranking Solaris Barba - Herrera, Andrea Batista - Los Santos, Zunilda Del Valle - Taboga, Rosa Montezuma - Comarcas, Shirel Ortiz - Panama Center, Diana Lemos - San José Island.

The grand finale also saw the crowning of three other representatives to the international pageants. Señorita Panama 2018 is Rosa Iveth Montezuma, Señorita Panama Mundo 2018 is Solaris Barba and Miss Earth Panama 2018 is Diana Lemos.

Also at the coronation event, Zunilda del Valle who represented Taboga was announced the first runner-up and the second runner-up is Andrea Batista who represented Los Santos.
