Sheena Seine Dalo, Binibini number 18 at the Binibining Pilipinas 2016, hails from Burgos, Ilocos Norte which is a province of the Philippines located in the Ilocos region. But, currently lives in Ilocos Norte Laoag City.
She is working as an Information Assistant at a Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte and is a Freelance Model. She has completed her studies from the AIE College International, Ilocos Norte laoag city.
Standing tall at an astounding height of 5’11”, the lady carries a persona that fits appropriately in a criteria of a model or a pageant queen. She is a possessor of charming facial features which needs to be moulded in the right way. With a little bit of grooming, the lady can be one of the fron runners for the pageant, and a strong contender for one of the crowns.
