The finale of Miss Earth Austria 2015 came to a cconclusion as Sophie Totzauer was declared as the winner. Sophie battled out 12 other stunning girls to claim the title of Miss Earth Austria 2015. She will now represent Austria at the Miss Earth 2015 pageant, to be held in Austria. Surprisingly, the 23 years old beauty fromVienna, Austria was crowned in the very same venue where the Miss Earth 2015 will be conducted – at the New Marx Halle.
Sophie was crowned by the outgoing queen Valerie Huber, Miss Earth Autria 2014. After 5 years, the Miss Earth contest is being organised outside the home country Philippines. The last time it was held outside Philippines was in the year 2010, when the pageant was held in Vietnam. Sophie has been gaining positive reviews ever since ehr crowning and many think that she may just end up in Top 4 elemental queen. Sophie was into modelling before winning Miss Earth Austria 2015.
Austria has not really had a very fortunate history at the Miss Earth pageant when it comes to placing. The highest placement received by Austria was in 2013 when Katia Wagner won the crown of Miss Earth Air 2013, equal to 1st runner-up.
