Every time you hear USA at an international platform you will never be astonished for the sash of USA does carries a lot of weightage in talent, charisma, prowess and splendor.  USA’s powerhouse status can be gauged by the fact that it has 142 placements in Big 4 pageants! Yes you read it right, 142! With 14 winners in Big 4 pageants, USA is a force to reckon with! 2015 kept USA’s first position in the Grandslam ranking consistent as it placed high in all the big pageants except Miss World. With only the quest of an earth warrior remaining, the country is yet to join the elite group of countries which have won all the major pageants, which comprises Brazil, Venezuela and Philippines.

While the nation won its third Miss World crown in 2010 through Alexandria Mills, it won its eight Miss Universe crown in 2012 through Olivia Culpo. With three Miss World crowns, eight Miss Universe crowns and three Miss International crowns, USA never fails to assert its powerhouse status every time it enters the pageant.

2015 was another usual bright year for the United States of America! Although the nation failed to make a cut in Miss World, the USA sash glittered in all three pageants like Miss Universe, Miss Earth and Miss International.

The face of the competition, the bold and beautiful Miss Universe USA, Olivia Jordan was spectacular in the Miss Universe 2015 pageant, whereby she finished as Second Runner Up. The lady showed her charm as she slay the swimsuit and evening gown segments at the pageant, reaching to the final three finalists whereby she reflected: “I think that I should be the next Miss Universe because I am so passionate and so driven. It is my goal to inspire people from around the world- to believe in themselves, to be themselves and to follow their wildest dreams no matter what those dreams are. I want to work to bring equality towards men and women. It is time to step up into power women. And I want to empower women all over the world.” Olivia Jordan is truly proved herself to be an epitome of grace as she intelligently retorted her bashers by giving witty reply on her butt scene controversy. The lady also expressed that 27 is not too “old” an age for being a Miss Universe. Beauty queens like her are rare and her finish as Second Runner Up at Miss Universe 2015 is worth applauding.

Miss Earth USA, Brittany Payne was another wonderful delegate which the world witnessed at Miss Earth 2015. The beauty finished as Miss Earth Water in the pageant also winning the Miss Eco Beauty Award. The diva in the final round was questioned: “If you were selected Miss Earth 2015 and you were given a chance to speak to President Obama, what would you ask him regarding climate change?” To which Brittany gleefully replied: “First of all, I would have to sit him down and tell him that it’s not just about him, it’s about our country because as Miss Earth it’s including being the voice, and it’s influencing and reaching out to every single person. So I would sit him down and make sure that we include every single person.” Her beauty, aura and spark took USA very close to crown, and for a moment we believed USA is winning its first Miss Earth crown! Her swimsuit walk was breathtaking and the fact that it was her 14th pageant, made her performance even more reputable and palpable.

Miss International USA, Lindsay Becker was no less than a doll! With that exquisite face, Lindsay made her mark at Miss International 2015 by finishing as the Fourth Runner Up. The diva proved it’s not just her beauty but her intellect that makes her more endearing every time we look at her. In her final speech of the pageant, Lindsay reflected: “Miss International is more than just a crown and a sash. It is more than being in an evening gown and a great catwalk. Miss International represents every person in this room, every person in this planet. I have been a flight attendant for more than two year now. I have the opportunity to travel all around the world and interact with people of all culture, races, religions. It has been an absolute incredible experienced. And I believe that I can bring this experience to Miss International organization. It is my goal to be an ambassador of peace and beauty. And to show women all over the world beauty is not only skin deep. It comes from within. I have been a victim of bullying. I know how hurtful words can be. I want to know women to think they are truly beautiful because they are. I want them to be able to be in confident with herself… love.. I believe that is what Miss International represents.”

USA is certainly the king of beauties, intellect and hard work! They know how to work themselves and year after year we see better and grander beauties at every pageant! With such a sparkling year marked in the history, we believe there is a lot more to come from USA in the coming year! Bravo USA!
