Miss Earth 2015 has another delegate added to its list now - Agot Deng Jogaak from South Sudan will represent South Sudan at the Miss Earth 2015 pageant. Agot Deng Jogaak was the winner of Miss South Sudan 2014. “I will work hard to improve the lives of children who have lost their parents or whosoever has been affected by the current conflict in the country, and make them have better lives through education as well as their health facilities”, said Agot post her crowning as Miss South Sudan 2014.
20 year old Agot grew up in Nairobi, Kenya, before she moved to Uganda, where she did her High school. She is currently completing her studies from Kampala International University (KIU), in International Relations and Diplomacy. “Winning Miss South Sudan beauty title was really exciting [for me]. I was so happy because the competition was tough”, she said.
She highlights her hobbies and interest as helping the needy, reading novels (adventure), watching fashion TV shows, travelling and meeting new people. South Sudan is the youngest country to join the Miss Earth pageant. The competition this year is going to be tough with such exceptionally talented and skilled contestants flooding in for the pageant.
