At the magnificent finale of Miss Earth United States 2015, Brittany Ann Payne hailing from California was crowned as the winner of Miss Earth USA 2015 by the outgoing queen Andrea Neu. Brittany will now represent USA at the Miss Earth 2015 pageant to be held in Austria. Brittany looked absolute elegant and gorgeously hypnotising in a emerald green mermaid gown.
From 2001-2004, the delegates for the Miss Earth pageant were selected by the Miss America International pageant. It was only in 2005 that the Earth Pageant Productions acquired the rights to conduct the national competition for the United States and to select a national winner to participate in the Miss Earth pageant. Andrea Neu, Miss Earth United States 2014 is so far the highest ranking American delegate finishing as Miss Earth - Air (First Runner Up) at Miss Earth since its inception in 2001.
A total of 31 contestants competed for the coveted crown of Miss Earth United States 2015. The contestants who participated at the eleventh edition of the pageant, held at Colony Performing Arts Theatre went through three layers of competition – interview, swimsuit and evening gown. Brittany won silver during the evening gown competition and gold at the swimsuit competition. Brittany has been running favourite throughout the Miss Earth United States 2015 pageant, and fans hope that she will receive the same response at the Miss Earth pageant 2015 as well.
