Miss Grand International 2023, the 11th edition of Miss Grand International, will be held on 25th October 2023 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where Miss Grand International 2022 Isabella Menin of Brazil will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.

The nineteen semifinalists will advance to the first cut who will be selected from the preliminary competition, closed-door interviews, and other pageant activities results. The winner of the Country of the Year award will complete the twenty semi-finalists.
The Top 20 will compete at the swimsuit competition. After that, Top 10 will be selected in which Miss Popular vote winner will win a spot too. They will, then, compete at the evening gown and speech competition. Top 5 will be then chosen who will compete at the question and answer round where the winner and the four runners-up will be crowned. The rest of the Top 10 will be adjudged as the fifth runners-up.
