Miss South Africa organization, through their official social media, announced the Top 12 finalists who have moved on to compete at the final leg of the competition as the finale will be held on 13th August 2023. The winner will go on to represent South Africa at Miss Universe 2023 and/or Miss Supranational 2024.

In a series of features, lets know more about the Top 12 finalists which consists of stunning and talented beauties. Levern Roseta Sheunice Donnatella José hails from Kimberley in the Northern Cape. She is 23 years of age.

Levern is a candidate property practitioner, a BCom law student at Eduvos Pretoria and an entrepreneur. She is a woman of resolve, grace and learning. She would love to collaborate with the Minister of Small Business Development and Minister of Employment and Labour to explore the economic viability of women and youth in South Africa, through her reign.

Levern, through her participation said that South Africans are battling with getting access to proper resources. Employment and entrepreneurship are important to José, as she believes this is how women and the youth can be empowered. With her participation at Miss South Africa, she might be truly able to a conceivable change in the society.

“We live in a land of milk and honey, yet many of us still struggle with getting access to the resources that we truly need to progress in life. There is a great responsibility that comes with being a delegate of Miss SA, and my focus with this will be on employment and entrepreneurship in the country,” she said. Levern is surely a strong contender for the crown.
