Meet the beautiful and gorgeous contestant of Miss Universe Croatia 2016 Antonela Zupcic. The 26 years old beauty is from Zadar. She completed her mathematical direction gymnasium from George Barakovica and later on decided to study in Zagreb, where she enrolled in Civil Engineering.

Zupcic wants to see herself as a designer someday or as a court expert for construction and real estate evaluation!

Since her childhood, Antonela has been interested in the world of Fashion! She found this field engaging but could not gather courage to step into it. At the age of 14, this beautiful delegate started modelling in her school in Zadar, but could not continue it as studies were her priority.

In her teens, she tried her hand in modelling and became a member of Midikenn model Management in Zagreb, and has kitty full of advertisements now. Her role model is Helena Sopar.

When asked about her thoughts on winning and the direction in which her life will develop after this win, she said, “Well, we'll see, I do not like to think about what would happen if it happened. When something really happens, then act. As I said before, I do not have high expectations because it makes me happy rather than to disappoint. My motto.”

Antonela entered this pageant without any prior information to her family, which quite surprised her family! She did it in secrecy and left all her closed ones astonished, but now everyone supports her.

The dazzling diva is currently single, and according to her, it is easier to "survive" in the world of fashion and modelling as a solo player!

The Miss Universe Croatia Organisation is all geared up to celebrate its 20th anniversary this year. The organisation has managed to crown some gorgeous and beautiful faces over the years. And this year is big anniversary for Miss Universe Croatia, as the organisation will celebrate its 20 years of successful existence.

The reigning Miss Universe Croatia, Barbara Ljiljak will also pass on her crown to her successor, who will then represent the country in the Miss Universe 2016 pageant. Hence, the celebration doubles up, as the newly crowned beauty will be the 20th winner of the country.
