The finale of Miss Universe Italy 2023 will be held on 8th October 2023 at the Lo Smeraldo Canosa di Puglia where twenty-one delegates will compete for the national crown and the winner will represent Italy at Miss Universe 2023.

The winner of the national competition will succeed and be crowned by Miss Universe Italy 2022 Virginia Stablum. This year’s batch boasts of stunning and talented ladies who will give a strong competition to each other for the crown.

The contestants competing for Miss Universe Italy 2023 are Fabiana Garganella, Lara D'Angiolillo, Francesca Comandè, Filomena Venuso, Angela Di Grazia, Federica Iacopino, Arianna Galli, Erika Pisano, Lisney Corradin, Carmen Panepinto Zavati, Vanessa Di Lernia, Federica Negri, Ginevra Morganti, Alessia Del Monte, Andrea Pepi, Michelle Bonati, Camilla Franchetto, Andrea Ingrosso, Marcella Marlene Casillo, Zoe Battiston and Sofia Costantini (fan vote).

The winner will, thus, represent Italy at Miss Universe 2023, the 72nd edition of Miss Universe, which will be held in El Salvador on 18th November 2023 where Miss Universe 2022 R'Bonney Gabriel of USA will crown her successor at the end of the event finale.
