As Miss Russia 2015 is heading towards the finale slated to be held on April 18’ 2015, a total of 50 contestants from all over the country will be competing for the coveted crown and the right to represent Russia in both the Miss Universe and Miss World pageants. Following the tradition of Miss Russia, wherein the reigning Miss Universe and Miss World come together to judge the contestants, this year too, the reigning international queens might come in together. In fact, Miss Universe 2014 Paulina Vega Dieppa’s presence at the glorious event has been confirmed.
Last year, Miss Universe 2013 Gabriela Isler 2013 and Miss World Megan Young 2013 were among the eight juries of the grand finale of Miss Russia 2014. Inviting the reigning Miss Universe and Miss World, gives them a chance to share the stage for the first time post their crowning. Yulia Alipova, the Miss Russia 2014, will crown her successor who will represent Russia at Miss Universe 2015 international pageant. Also, the winner or one of the runners-up of Miss Russia 2015 will compete at Miss World 2015.
