Miss Cayman Islands 2015 was held on January 31, 2015 at the Lions Centre, George Town, Grand Cayman. Miss Cayman Islands is a national Beauty pageant where the winner represents Cayman Islands at the international pageants like- Miss Universe and Miss World pageant. On occasion, when the winner does not qualify in that case, the runner up is sent. In the year 1988-1990 the 1st Runner-up competed at Miss World pageant from Cayman Islands. There were a total of 10 contestants for Miss Cayman Islands 2015. The contestants’ names are as follows-

Tonie Chisholm was crowned as Miss Cayman 2015, and Adrianna Christian and Emily Bodden were declared as First runner up and Second Runner up respectively, at the finals. There were a series of Special Awards given out to the contestants on following categories-
