Miss Ceské Republiky 2020 was held on 15th May 2021 with eight finalists competing for the national title and privilege to represent their country at an international stage. For hygienic reasons, the entire final took place behind closed doors. However, viewers could watch the entire broadcast live from on the Facebook profiles of Miss Miss Ceské Republiky.

Natalia Al-Imamová from Praha
Valerie Herianová from Ústí nad Labem
Simona Šimková from Jihlava
Jana Krojidlová from Celákovice
Magdaléna Ríhová from Domašín
At the conclusion of the event, Jana Krojidlová was adjudged the winner of the contest, while Valerie Herianová and Katerina Šimonková finished as the first and second runner-up respectively. The winners of the competition are expected to represent Czech Republic in Miss Globe 2021 and Miss Aura International 2021.
TV Nova reporter Simona Šimková became the girl with the highest number of votes from viewers and fans and won the titles of Miss Sympathy and Miss Silhouette. Another title - Miss Hope - was won by Kristýna Hyská.
