Miss World Haiti 2018 finale will be held on 4th August 2018. From amongst the 7 candidates competing who will be crowned Miss World Haiti 2018 and will represent Haiti in Miss World 2018 pageant to be held in Sanya, China.

As Haiti had no representative in Miss World 2017, the last representative from Haiti was in the year 2016, when Suzana Sampeur represented Haiti in Miss World 2016 but remained unplaced at the finale.
