Miss Namibia 2018 held its grand finale on 7th July 2018 where Miss Namibia 2017 Suné January crowned her successor Miss Namibia 2018 Selma Kamanya at the end of the event finale. Selma represented Namibia at Miss Universe 2018 but remained unplaced.

Clarise van Der Vyver and Kabuba Namukokoba were adjudged the first and the second runners-up, while Alexis van der Merwe and Wilri van Taak made it to Top 5.

The contestants who competed for Miss Namibia 2018 were –Alexis van der Merwe, Anja Hough, Anna Shiweda, Christiana Gure, Clarise van der Vyver, Joanne, Kabuba Namukokoba, Rachel Hashiyana, Selma Kamanya, Shonag Itula, Tessia Mutwamezi, Wilri Van Taak. Namibia won its first and only Miss Universe crown in the year 1992 under the representation of Michelle McLean. However, the country is yet to win a Miss World crown.
