Miss World New Zealand 2015 was held on April 25’ 2015. Miss World New Zealand is an annual national beauty pageant in New Zealand that selects representatives for Miss World, Miss International, Miss Grand International, Miss Intercontinental and Miss Tourism International. Miss World New Zealand 2015 finale concluded with the crowning of Deborah Lambie. Deborah Lambie also won the 'Sportswoman of the Year' special award.
This year Miss World New Zealand 2015 were up with nineteen (19) finalists – Anna Marie Foley, Aska Lai, Buhtsarakum Khunphet, Ceri McVinnie, Dayna Rusk, Deborah Lambie, Denzel Perese, Donna Cherry White, Emily Selma Young, Emma Duxfield, Georgette Jackson, Hayley Robinson, Jade Peterson, Kenessie Grieve, Swati Shresta Rao, Te Rua Wallace, Yelena Houng Lee, Yvette Ngaio Papesch and Zanle Louw.
The finalists competed against each other in the Grand Finale of the Miss World New Zealand 2015. Hayley Robinson, the audience favourite to win the title, finished as the first runner-up and will now represent New Zealand at the Miss International 2015 pageant. She has studied Bachelor of Teaching (ECE) full time at Te Rito Maioha. Te Rua Wallace was placed second runner up. She is former student of Ruamata School, and fully embraces being Maori and says what matters to her the most is her family. At the same event, Georgette Jackson was crowned Miss Grand International NZ 2015, Emily Young was crowned Miss Intercontinental NZ 2015. Ceri McVinnie was crowned the Miss Tourism NZ 2015.
The outgoing Queens of Miss World New Zealand were – Arielle Diane Garciano (winner) Miss World New Zealand 2014 who represented New Zealand at the Miss World 2014 pageant, Rachel Harradence (first runner-up) Miss International New Zealand 2014 who represented NZ at the Miss International 2014 pageant, Rohaibie Rennie (second runner-up) Miss Intercontinental New Zealand 2014 who represented New Zealand at the Miss Intercontinental 2014 pageant, Makayla Nicole Baker (third runner-up) Miss Tourism International New Zealand 2014 and represented NZ at the Miss Tourism International 2014 and finally Maddieson White (fourth runner-up) Miss Grand New Zealand 2014 who represented NZ at the Miss Grand International 2015.
