Miss Grand Philippines 2014, the inaugural edition of the pageant, was held on August 16' 2014 at GT-Toyota Asian Cultural Center, Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines. The reigning Miss Grand International Janelee Chaparro of Puerto Rico and the owner of Miss Grand International - Nawat Itsaragrisil also attended the event.
Nineteen (19) beautiful candidates from across the Country were shortlisted as the finalists and competed in the finals on August 16' 2014.
The official candidates of Miss Grand Philippines 2014 were officially presented to the members of the press on July 31' 2014 at The Hub at Kilometer Zero in Manila. The pageant boasts of a “fresh and impressive” line-up of candidates for its inaugural year, which includes an equestrienne, a classical ballerina and a former collegiate basketball varsity player.

Kimberly Karlsson was crowned as Miss Grand Philippines 2014, and she will compete in Miss Grand International 2014 pageant to be held in Bangkok, Thailand on October 7' 2014.
Rosevemme Marie Fajardo was the first runner-up and Mary Theresa Erna Gomez was the second runner-up.
