Miss Universe Spain 2014 was held on October 28’ 2014 at the theatre Bodevil Madrid. Beautiful Patricia Yurrena Rodriguez, the Miss Universe Spain 2013 and the first runner-up at Miss Universe 2013, crowned Desiree Cordero, one of the contestants as her successor.

 A total of fifteen (15) girls were vying for the title of Miss Universe Spain 2014. The other contestants were  Bárbara Amerigo, Beatriz Jimenez, Carmen Recio, Caroline Rueda, Cristina Martinez, Ines Macarro, Irene Alfageme, Irene González, Izaskun Etxeberria, Mame Matallah, Meriem Mustafa, Raquel Arias, Raquel Ruiz, Úrsula Zueco.

Desiree Cordero is 21 years of and stands tall at 178cm. She went on to represent Spain at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant which was held in Doral, USA, on January 25' 2015.
