Miss Thailand World 2015 finale was held on August 15’ 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand. 22 years old Thunchanok Moonnilta from Chiang Mai was crowned as the Miss Thailand World 2015 at the finals held on August 15’ 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand. Thunchanok was crowned by the outgoing queen Maeya Nonthawan Thongleng, who represented Thailand at the Miss World 2014 pageant and was among the Top 11 finalists of Miss World 2014 via People’s Choice Award.

There were a total of 22 gorgeous ladies who competed for the crown. The 22 Miss Thailand World 2015 contestants were - Amanda Obdam, Nantawan Ruengrit, Warunchana Radomlek, Chonchat Sangaemchat, Wipasanee Kengsanamjarat, Sujanjira Khemsab, Keeratikran Lamjuanjit, Apassanan Khunsing, Kantima Sirikhan, Theerisara Yokoyama, Melina Carltonberg,Nittaya Eiameaksorn, Minlada Sawangsok, Dararat Sribenjarat, Kanyapak Intharuksa, Prim Pitchaya Chaiyos, Sukanya Waisuntia, Lapatthida Kongkrapan, Piengrawee Sutthipot, Thunchanok Moonnilta, Pathumrat Chaiprasit and Ratchadaporn Wangkaew.

The outgoing queen Maeya Nonthawan Thongleng crowned her successor at the conclusion of the pageant. Maeya represented Thailand at the Miss World 2014 pageant and was among the Top 11 finalists of Miss World 2014 via People’s Choice Award. The highest placement of Thailand at Miss World was in the year 1989, when Prathumrat Woramali was titled as the third Runner-up. Till date, Thailand has managed two titles for continental queens in the year 1989 and 1992.
