The finale of Miss Grand USA 2017 concluded with the crowning of Taylor Kessler of California as the winner. The finale was held on 25th July 2017.

Michelle Leon was crowned as Miss Grand USA 2016 and passed on her crown to her successor at the conclusion of the finale of Miss Grand USA 2017. USA has never won the title of Miss Grand International/ However, Michelle Leon was placed as fourth runner up at the International competition. This was the first time the USA was placed in the Top 5 in the pageants since the competition began in 2013.
