Miss USA 2014 : Info

The 63rd edition of Miss USA, Miss USA 2014, was held at the Baton Rouge River Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on June 8, 2014. All the fifty states and the District of Columbia competed at the pageant. The finale night was televised on NBC.

Nia Sanchez of Nevada was crowned as the winner at the conclusion of the finale of Miss USA 2014 pageant. Erin Brady of Connecticut crowned Nia as her successor. Nia Sanchez represented USA at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant, and finished as the first runner-up.

The date and venue was revealed by Donald Trump, co-owner of the Miss Universe Organization, and Brady on March 13, 2014. The final telecast of Miss USA 2014 was three hours long, and instead of the Top 15, the MU Organisation announced the Top 20 finalists. The Top 20 finalists competed in the swimsuit competition, who were then narrowed down to Top 10.
