Miss USA 2018, the 67th Miss USA, was held on 21st May 2018 at the Hirsch Memorial Coliseum in Shreveport, Louisiana. Sarah Rose Summers of Nebraska was crowned Miss USA 2018 by her predecessor Kára McCullough of District of Columbia at the end of the event finale, becoming the first woman from her state to win the title. Summers represented the United States at the Miss Universe 2018 pageant on 17th December 2018 in Bangkok and placed in the Top 20.
Caelynn Miller-Keyes of North Carolina and Carolina Urrea of Nevada were adjudged first and second runners-up respectively. Top 5 also included Génesis Dávila and Madison Nipe (fan vote) while Top 10 also included Kelley Johnson, Marianny Egurrola, Marina Gray, Alexa Noone and Alexandra Harper. Top 15 also included Brittinay Nicolette, Allissa Latham, Elizabeth Johnson, Toneata Morgan and Logan Lester. Callie Bishop of Wyoming was awarded Miss Congeniality.
Nick Lachey and Vanessa Lachey hosted for the first time, while Carson Kressley and Lu Sierra served as commentators. It also featured performances by 98 Degrees and Lee Brice. For the first time, the Miss Teen USA 2018 pageant was held concurrently, with the finals of the Teen competition being held just prior to the Miss USA competition.
