Miss Supranational Vietnam 2018 finale was held on 22nd August 2018 at the Sheraton Grande Walker Hill Theater in Seoul, Korea. At the conclusion of the finale, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Chau (Age 24 years, Height 174 cm) from Tay Ninh Province was crowned as the winner. She was crowned by the Miss Supranational 2017 Jenney Kim of South Korea and is expected to represent Vietnam in Miss Supranational 2019. Ngoc Chau was also the winner of Vietnam's Next Top Model (Season 7).

Last year, Khanh Phuong represented Vietnam in Miss Supranational 2017 and this year, popular model Minh Tu Nguyen is expected to be Vietnam’s representative for Miss Supranational 2018. Minh Tu was also part of the jury for Miss Supranational Vietnam 2018.

In the Q&A session, Ngoc Chau was asked a question by Miss Vietnam 2010 Ngoc Han, "if God offered a choice between wisdom, charm or compassion, what she would choose?" Ngoc Chau replied saying she would choose kindness, tolerance, and generosity, which will bring people closer and give them a better life.

Runners-up at the finale of Miss Supranational Vietnam 2018 were Truong My Nhan (first runner-up) and Hoang Vu Hien (second runner-up), while Nguyen Ngoc Minh Uyen and Le Thi Bich Tram made it to Top 5.

Fifteen candidates who competed at the finale were Nguyen Thi Ngoc Chau, Truong My Nhan, Hoang Vu Hien, Huynh Thi Yen Nhi, Do Trinh Quynh Nhu, Ly Hue Nghi, Do Tran Gia Linh, Nguyen Ngoc Minh Uyen, Le Thi Bich Tram, Bui Ly Thien Huong, Nguyen Phuong Hoa, Ngo My Hai, Huynh Thi Cam Tien, Bui Thanh Hang and Tran Nhu Ngoc.
