Miss World Vietnam 2016, known locally as Hoa Khoi Ao Dai Viet Nam – Duong Toi Vuong Mien Hoa Hau 2016 was held on June 7’ 2016. The splendid finale of Miss World Vietnam 2016 concluded with the crowning of Truong Thi Dieu Ngoc as the winner. Truong Thi Dieu Ngoc will now represent Vietnam at the Miss World 2016 pageant. At the same event,Pham Ngoc Phuong Linh was crowned Miss International Vietnam 2016. Pham will now represent Vietnam at the Miss World 2016 pageant. Huynh Thi Yen Nhi was crowned Miss Grand Vietnam 2016.

In addition to the title and the crown, the winner earned a total prize of VND1.1 billion (US$52,000 approx), including VND100 million in cash. The first runner-up grabbed a total award of VND550 million ($26,000), including VND50 million in cash. The second runner-up was awarded with a cash award of VND30 million ($1,412).
At the conclusion of the finale of Miss World Vietnam 2016, Tr?n Ng?c Lan Khuê, Miss World Vietnam 2015, crowned her successor at the end of the event. She made the Top 11 in 2015 at the Miss World Pageant.
