Miss Universe Croatia (also known as Miss Universe Hrvatske) is an annual national beauty pageant that selects representatives for the Miss Universe pageant. The Miss Universe Croatia pageant has been held annually since 1997. Croatia has not won any Miss Universe title till date. However, in 2009 (Sarah Cosic Miss Universe Croatia 2009) and 2012 (Elizabeta Burg Miss Universe Croatia 2012) Croatia managed to reach the Top 15 and Top 16 of Miss Universe 2009 and Miss Universe 2012 simultaneously.

2009 Sarah Cosic from Split: the first Croatian Miss Universe who entered the top 15 at the world competition; she studied at the Faculty of Economics
2010 Lana Obad from Zagreb: graduated in Finance at the Faculty of Economics
2011 Natalija Prica from Zagreb: studied at the Faculty of Dentistry in Zagreb
2012 Elizabeta Burg from Vrbanja: studied at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management
2013 Melita Fabecic from Zagreb: studied at Zagreb School of Economics and Management
2014 Ivana Misura from Zagreb. She represented Croatia in the Miss Universe 2014 pageant held in Doral, Miami USA on January 25’ 2015, however was unplaced.
2015 Barbara Ljiljak from Split. She could not compete at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant due to an unfortunate incident.
