Miss Universe Britain is an annual national beauty pageant held in Great Britain to select representatives for the Miss Universe pageant. The pageant takes place each summer and is open to ladies from England, Scotland and Wales. The pageant is dedicated to the empowerment of women – through a campaign named “Not In Vain”. Throughout the pageant, the contestants enjoy a journey of self- development and fundraising for good causes.

The pageant started in the year 1952 and around 30 women from the island of Great Britain and Northern Ireland competed in the pageant. The very first winner of Miss Universe Great Britain was Aileen Chase who was crowned in the year 1952. For almost four decades there was no Miss Universe Great Britain. However, from the year 1955-1990 (except in 1956), the winner of Miss England represented at the Miss Universe pageant. In 1992 Miss Great Britain Universe came back until 2000.

In 2005 the pageant came back with the name Miss Universe United Kingdom and had 30 delegates representing a subdivision of British Overseas, Crown Dependencies, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. In 2009 the name of the pageant was changed once again changed to Miss Universe Great Britain and has stayed the same since then.

Miss Universe Great Birtain 2016 was Jaime-lee Faulkner.

2015

Miss Universe Great Britain 2015 was Nena France. Nena represented Great Britain in the Miss Universde 2015 pageant.

2014

Miss Universe Great Britain 2014 was Grace Levy. Grace represented Great Britain in the Miss Universe 2014 pageant.
