Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky also known as Miss Universe Slovak Republic or Miss Universe Slovakia is the annual beauty pageant of Slovak Republic that selects the country's representative to the Miss Universe, Miss Earth and Miss Intercontinental pageants.

Miss Universe Slovensekej Republic is organized and produced by Silvia Lakatosova, the last Miss Czechoslovakia titleholder and the first Slovakian representative in the history of the Miss Universe pageant. Lakatošová acquired the Miss Universe franchise in 1999 and started the first ever Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky pageant.

The winners of Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky since its inception are - Aneta Kuklová (1999),  Miroslava Kysucká (2000), Zuzana Uhrínová Baštúrová (2001), Eva Džodlová (2002), Petra Mokrošová (2003), Zita Galgóciová (2004), Michaela Drencková (2005), Judita Hrubyová (2006), Lucia Senášiová  (2007), Sandra Manáková (2008),  Denisa Mendrejová (2009), Anna Amenová (2010), Dagmar Kolesárová (2011), Lubica Štepanová (2012), Jeanette Borhyová (2013) and Silvia Prochádzková (2014).

Slovakia has so far not been successful at the Miss Universe pageant, with no titles to its credit. 

The reigning queen - Miss Universe Slovak Republic 2014 is - Silvia Prochadzkova. She represented Slovak Republic at Miss Universe 2014 pageant held on January 25th 2015, however could not make it to the Top 15 finalists.

The Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky 2015 is scheduled to be held on 6th March 2015.
