71st Miss World to be held in May 2023

Miss World organization, through their official social media, announced that the 71st Miss World pageant will be held in May 2023. The organization is yet to announce the finale date or the host country for the upcoming edition.

The post quoted, “When Karolina Bielawska hands over her crown to the 71st Miss World in May 2023 she will have broken all previous records having visited more countries, raised more funds and supported more humanitarian projects than any previous Miss World! A truly remarkable achievement from this very special human being.”



81 stunning delegates have been confirmed as of now to compete at the upcoming edition while Australia, Bangladesh, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Croatia, Denmark, Greece, Guyana, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Russia, Thailand, and Zambia are expected to be the returning countries for the 71st edition.

Reigning Miss World Karolina Bielawska from Poland will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. This edition will also mark the first to be co-owned by Nepali-born British businessman Dipendra Gurung apart from the Morley family.
