Miss World organization, through their official social media, announced the results of the Sports Challenge as the winner won the Top 40 for the finale. The Sports Challenge was held on 24th February 2024 at the Delhi’s National Stadium, New Delhi, India.

The winner of the Sports Challenge was Lucija Begic of Croatia who won the Top 40 spot at the finale. Lucija showcased her strength, fitness and sports skills in a series of rigorous competitions. Lucija is a strength and conditioning coach who has worked with people with mental and physical disabilities.

Also present at the competition were Hockey India and All India Football Federation who provided coaches and players who helped the delegates to prepare for the Sports Challenge.

Along with her, Ámbar Zenteno of Chile and Lucia Arellano of Peru were adjudged as the first and second runners-up respectively. Thirty-two delegates, representing all continents, competed for the Sports Challenge.

The 71st Miss World will be crowned on 9th March 2024 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, India where Miss World 2021 Karolina Bielawska of Poland will crown her successor at the end of the event finale. The event will be live-streamed by Sonyliv India, starting at 7:30 PM local time.
