At the grand slam finale of Miss Aruba 2015 held on August 23’ 2015, Alysha Boekhoudt was crowned as the Miss Universe Aruba 2015. Alysha will now represent Aruba at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant. At the same event, Nicole van Tellingen was crowned Miss World Aruba 2015 and will now represent Aruba at the Miss World 2015 pageant.
Aruba has so far received its fair bit of positive achievements at the pageant world under the direction of Star Promotion Organization since 1992. In 1996, Taryn Mansell was placed as the first runner-up at the Miss Universe pageant and Tamara Scaroni became the first Aruban to receive the Miss Congeniality Award in the year 2000.
In addition to announcing the Miss Universe Aruba 2015 and Miss World Aruba 2015, Thalia Croes was declared as the first runner-up. A series of Special Awards were also give away to the following contestants under different categories –
