The decade has seen several new foundations of fresh pageants like Miss Earth, Miss Grand International and Miss Supranational, and Australia is now next in queue to introduce a new pageant called, “Pageant of the World” in 2016. The very first International Pageant of Australia is intricately conceptualized to revolutionize traditional beauty pageants.

The organization of Pageant of the World will launch in 2016 and the winner will be crowned as “Woman of the World 2016”.  In 2013, Miss Australasian, a unique multicultural pageant was conceptualized in Australia which was a massive hit. Due to its achievement, worldwide recognition and public demand to wider country coverage, a new brand “Pageant of the World” is created by the very same organizers. Cindy Dionisio is the CEO of the Pageant of World.

The competition aims to conquer the Beauty of Culture across Australia and the World. It aims to modernize and enlarge the concept of a beauty pageant by opening up the branches of the pageant to integrated health, beauty, charity and socio-economic activities.

The pageant, “Pageant of the World” will also raise money for humanitarian causes and claims of the agenda which deals to encourage younger generations. L’arche and Adopt-A-Student-Program are the charity partners of the organization.

The grand finale of the pageant is slated to be held on July 8th 2016 in Sydney Town Hall of George St, Sydney, Australia. As of now, Samoa, India, Kazakhstan, Myanmar and Burma have confirmed their participation at the said pageant.

It would be too early to gauge if the pageant will be a hit or a miss, since there have been a cluster of newbie pageants now. But if the organization successfully works over the unique facets, it can certainly enter the league of Miss Grand International and Miss Supranational.
