Miss Australia, Alana Carter was crowned with the title of World Supermodel South Pacific Pageant 2016, in the scintillating event held on January 23’ 2016 at the Pearl South Pacific Resort. Carter beat other 11 supermodels from Fiji, Australia and New Zealand to win the competition.

Fiji representative, Mykaela Powell an 18 years old beauty, was awarded with the Teen runner-up title. A renowned Australian model, Diamond Langi was awarded with the Best Dressed subtitle, Poppy Schokker, who was also an Australian model, was awarded with the senior runner-up title while one of the youngest supermodels from Australia, Miraciah Rarasea was awarded with the title of World Teen.

Amidst the pageant, many special awards were also allocated to the contestants. The Miss Photogenic title went to Mykaela Powell from Fiji. Diamond Langi from Australia bagged the glistening award of Best in Evening Gown. Miraciah Rarasea, the very famous Australian model who also bagged the title of World Teen won the Best in Swimwear subtitle.

The newly crowned World Supermodel South Pacific 2016, Alana Carter and The World Teen Supermodel South Pacific 2016, Miraciah Rarasea will now represent the South Pacific at this year’s World Supermodel Pageant, which will be held in South Africa from the 19’ to 21’ March 2016.
