Miss Tennessee Teen USA 2019 held its coronation night on 14th October 2018 where Bailey Guy was crowned the new queen as she became the official representative of Tennessee in Miss Teen USA 2019. She succeeds and was crowned by Miss Tennessee Teen USA 2018 Sofie Rovenstine. Here’s one of the most iconic and heart-warming moments from her coronation night -

Bailey Guy is 16 years of age and hails from Hendersonville. She is a junior at Hendersonville High School and all set to give a strong competition to the other ladies at the national pageant. Along with maintaining Straight A’s, she holds numerous leadership positions in her school and is an active member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Business Leaders of America, DECA, Beta Club, and National Honor Society.

At the ripe age of 12, Bailey became a literacy advocate and created her own organization, ‘Be a Reader, Be a Leader’ with the intent of instilling a love for reading in children across Tennessee. She loves volunteering and reading at local elementary schools, preschools, and daycares. She hopes to leave a legacy by positively impacting the lives of Tennessee children.

Bailey plans to approach this year as Miss Tennessee Teen USA 2019 with a grateful heart, enthusiasm and compassion, and promises to make those sharing this journey with her proud. With her incredible journey so far and the sincerity to win the coveted crown, Bailey will for sure be a force to be reckoned with.

Tennessee has won two titles till now; In 1997, Shelly Moore was crowned the first ever Tennessee winner. After that, in 2009, Stormi Henley was crowned the second beauty queen from the state. Last year, Sofie Rovenstine represented Tennessee in Miss Teen USA 2018 and with her incredible performance she placed in the top 10.
